Educate and inform Canadian employers across the country about Fasken Martineau’s 2017 OHS employer survey with the aim of driving awareness of and business development for the firm’s occupational health and safety (OHS) practice.
SOLUTION
Broad Reach identified and amplified the most stimulating survey findings and developed storylines to entice top tier business, trade and general news media. Broad Reach successfully maximized topical current events such as the move to legalize marijuana in Canada to pitch a story on the complexities now facing employers with Fasken partner Norm Keith as spokesperson.
IMPACT
Broad Reach secured 19 stories from coast-to-coast, including 14 separate interviews with CBC radio shows across Canada. Broad Reach also secured coverage with top tier business and general media, including Business in Vancouver, 680 News, Plant Magazine, the Canadian Safety Reporter and 660 News Calgary.
